easy ,fast, and great dough ,thick crispy outside,soft inside.
- 5 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 cups wheat beer (or any beer will do)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar, and or 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- add all ingredients to machine or bowl.this was made for bread machine but you can mix as you like.
- let rest 30 mins.then roll dough,place on pan(spread some olive oil on pan and sprinkle some corn meal if you can)bake at 475 deg. about 5- 7 mins,just till you see it start to rise.not till done!take out add sauce, toppngs,bammmm!good to go.serve with beer!
