  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In skillet, saute onion in olive oil about 7 minutes.
  3. In bowl, mix drained sauerkraut and onion, allow to cool.
  4. Mix in cheese.
  5. Season with pepper.
  6. Put pizza crust on baking sheet and spread with mustard.
  7. Top with sliced kielbasa and sauerkraut mixture.
  8. Bake about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
