Refreshing cocktail to tame the fire in your mouth from the chilies in your dinner.


  1. Combine ice, tequila, lime juice, sugar, egg white, and triple sec in a blender container.
  2. Cover and blend until frothy.
  3. Transfer to pitcher.
  4. Garnish with lime slices.
  5. Dampen rims of glasses using a small wedge of lime.
  6. Invert into a dish of salt.
  7. Serve in salt-rimmed cocktail glasses.
