Great little pizzas. Use this basic recipe and add, remove, modify with your favorite ingredients. Great for low-fat diets when you're craving some 'zaah!

My kids loved this. It was easy enough for them to make themselves and they loved that it looked like they each had their own personal pizza. Since we keep kosher, I didn't use the ham, but the pizza was good.
- 2 whole wheat pita bread
- 30 g reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 cup pasta sauce (Ragu, etc)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green pepper
- 50 g black forest ham (chopped)
