Here is a healthy recipe that is fast and easy to make. It is great to use up pita that is starting to go stale. Munch on them by themselves or use them as a dip for salsa. If you find the lemon pepper a little too spicy, use one of the Mrs. Dash's blends such as Fiesta Lime, Caribbean Citrus, Garlic and Herb or Onion and Herb.
