I used to make these all the time. Came across the recipe when cleaning out recipe box. These are great.
- 1⁄3 cup horseradish mustard
- 2 pita breads, cut in half to form pockets
- 1⁄2 lb sliced cooked beef
- 1 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Spread mustard on inside of pita pocket halves.
- Fill pockets with beef, tomato, cheese and spinach.
