I used to make these all the time. Came across the recipe when cleaning out recipe box. These are great.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup horseradish mustard
  • 2 pita breads, cut in half to form pockets
  • 12 lb sliced cooked beef
  • 1 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Directions

  1. Spread mustard on inside of pita pocket halves.
  2. Fill pockets with beef, tomato, cheese and spinach.
