Easy recipe can be used with rice maker or stove top.
- 2 cups brown rice
- 2 -4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- Add Rice to the pan and add required amount of chicken stock for your cooking method.
- Add one clove of sliced garlic, oregano, cumin, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and salt.
- Cook to achieve desired consistency. Rice makers have worked best for me.
