- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons pistachio nuts
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper
- 1⁄8 cup olive oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1⁄2 lemon
directions
- Chop lettuce and green pepper into bite-size pieces.
- Top lettuce with pistacio nuts, green pepper and parmesan cheese.
- To make dressing, squeeze the juice of one lemon.
- Remove seeds.
- Add olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add dressing to salad and serve.
- Note: Keep at dressing at room temperature.
