A tossed salad topped with pistacio nuts, parmesan cheese and an easy low-fat lemon dressing.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Chop lettuce and green pepper into bite-size pieces.
  2. Top lettuce with pistacio nuts, green pepper and parmesan cheese.
  3. To make dressing, squeeze the juice of one lemon.
  4. Remove seeds.
  5. Add olive oil.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add dressing to salad and serve.
  8. Note: Keep at dressing at room temperature.
