This one is slightly different that the others that I have found. It's got a cheese topping.
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, not drained
- 1 (16 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- pecans, chopped
- cheddar cheese, grated
- Mix together the pudding, pineapple, marshmallows and Cool Whip. Put in an oblong flat baking dish.
- Sprinkle with pecans and cheese.
- Serve chilled.
