This is absolutely delicious and so easy to make. It is very light and refreshing. Even my husband, who doesn't really like sweets, loves it.
- 1 1⁄2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 (8 ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, undrained
- 1 (1 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix, sugar-free
- crushed pistachios
