Pistachio Pudding Pie

easy no bake pie...and delicious!


  1. mix dry pudding mix with crushed pineapple.
  2. whip in cool whip lite.
  3. pour into baked pie shell.
  4. refrigerate until set.

There was no way I was gonna make this other than as a large deep dish pie, so I doubled the ingredients right off ~ AND added 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios to the pudding ~ & that worked wonderfully! I also sprinkled another 1/4 cup over the top of the finished pie ~ Really enjoyed the combo of pistachio & pineapple! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed for 1 of the chefs I adopted in the current Pick A Chef]
