easy no bake pie...and delicious!
- 8 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple
- 8 ounces Cool Whip Lite
- 1 pie shell
- mix dry pudding mix with crushed pineapple.
- whip in cool whip lite.
- pour into baked pie shell.
- refrigerate until set.
There was no way I was gonna make this other than as a large deep dish pie, so I doubled the ingredients right off ~ AND added 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios to the pudding ~ & that worked wonderfully! I also sprinkled another 1/4 cup over the top of the finished pie ~ Really enjoyed the combo of pistachio & pineapple! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
