- 1 package sugar-free instant pistachio pudding
- 226.79 g container low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 226.79 g container low-fat plain yogurt
- 226.79 g can crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 236.59 ml Cool Whip Lite
directions
- Combine 1st four ingredients.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Cover and chill until serving.

This was lovely. Mine was not as pretty as Lauralie's because I just mixed it all up in a big bowl and served it from there. But it had lovely flavor and was light and tasty. I used fat free yogurts and coolwhip and it worked just fine. A great easy ending to dinner. DH is a huge pistachio fan so he was thrilled. Thanks.

This was a truly delightful dessert dish--very tasty, smooth, and creamy. I too used fat-free yogurts and Cool Whip. And I used individual (6 oz) serving size containers for both the vanilla and plain yogurts, and it worked out just fine. I would love to try this with other flavored puddings.
