- 8 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 pint pistachio ice cream, slightly softened
- aerosol whipped cream
- chopped pistachios, for sprinkling

- Spoon 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce into each of 4 parfait glasses.
- Add 2 half-scoops of ice cream to each and press down gently until the syrup oozes between the chunks of ice cream.
- Top with rosettes of whipped cream and sprinkle with pistachioes.
