  1. Spoon 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce into each of 4 parfait glasses.
  2. Add 2 half-scoops of ice cream to each and press down gently until the syrup oozes between the chunks of ice cream.
  3. Top with rosettes of whipped cream and sprinkle with pistachioes.
