  1. Kinda in the middle for me, I thought it was nice, but not aqnything special. Maybe because I wasn't really very hungry. Not so bad that I won't make it again :-) Recipenapped for the AUS/NZ Swap 34 November 2009.

  2. These chops were yummy thnks Vicki. I do fish fillets in a similar coating and we really enjoy it. Lucky I made a last minute check of the recipe as I lamost forgot the lemon peel which I think is a really important part of the recipe.

  3. Wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly and they came out looking and tasting great!

  4. For Rachael Ray, this is pretty good! Not a huge fan of most of her work! Love these, however! Even picky DH says these are worth being a member of Zaar! Very unique, uncommon and yet complimentary pairings of flavors. And did I mention simple! Just amazing! Thanks, Vicki in CT! Made for <b>Photo Tag</b>.

  5. Fabulous! I love the nutty crunch of the pistachios on the pork chops... really a nice way to amp up breaded pork chops. I, like another reviewer, cut the recipe in half as I was only cooking for 2. I followed the recipe as stated and wouldn't change a thing! Made for 1-2-3 Hits Tag Game.
