I tasted this piquant salsa in an Argentean restaurant in Mexico City. Tastes great against a nicely grilled steak!
- Cut the radishes in quarters length-wise and then chop into rough dice.
- Toss with the other ingredients and adust seasonings.
- Let sit refrigerated for an hour to blend flavors.
Great combo of ingredients -- simple but very tasty. An excellent way to serve radish -- it can be eaten on its own!
I love to make salsas and sauces. This is good. My family loves radishes and this was just great! Tastes great on grilled fish, and believe it or not, on crispy grilled potatoes.
