  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl combine, beef, cornflake crumbs, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, and minced onion.
  • Blend well.
  • Form mixture into meatballs.
  • Arrange on a 15 x 10 pan.
  • In a medium saucepan combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
  • Cook over medium head stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and cranberry sauce is melted.
  • Pour over meatballs.
  • Bake uncovered 30 minutes.

  3. Wonderful recipe! There's no such thing as cranberry sauce available here, so I made my own by boiling two cups of fresh cranberries with a bit of xylitol and lemon juice. Also I used fresh garlic instead of the powder. Otherwise followed the recipe to the letter, and it turned out super-delicious! Thanks for sharing!<br/>Made for Sweet December Game.
