This meatballs were super delicious and the sauce had been really appreciated.<br/>The light sweet taste went perfect with this recipe and the addition of ketup to make the meatballs moist is a great idea.<br/>I really can recommend this recipe!

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl combine, beef, cornflake crumbs, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, and minced onion.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Form mixture into meatballs.
  5. Arrange on a 15 x 10 pan.
  6. In a medium saucepan combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
  7. Cook over medium head stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and cranberry sauce is melted.
  8. Pour over meatballs.
  9. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
