  • 16 ounces cooked rice
  • 8 ounces sausage (summer or smoked works best)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • fajita seasoning mix
  • cavenders all purpose all purpose Greek seasoning or chef billy b's seasoning
  • Frank's red hot sauce
  • 16 ounces cooked pinto beans

directions

  • mix rice and beans.
  • Add sausage cut into medallions about 1/4-inch medallions.
  • Add Franks (2-3 good dashes).
  • Add all seasonings.
  • Can also add shrimp or crab--goes great with this.
  • heat all till 160degrees.
