- In a small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir well to dissolve.
- Beat in Sour cream with a whisk.
- Pour into a mold and chill.
I liked this and gave it 5 stars. But the guys didn't like it, I think because it wasn't as sweet as they thought it would be. Certainly is quick enough! So we compromised at 4! Thnx for sharing your recipe, Bluenoser. Made for THINK PINK Oct 2009.
What a simple dessert that is really elegant (and healthy). I am going to try with raspberry flavor next time! (and then lemon, and then cherry :) ) Thanks for posting this keeper!
