- 1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sour cream
directions
- In a small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir well to dissolve.
- Beat in Sour cream with a whisk.
- Pour into a mold and chill.
