I too have a recipe we call "pink stuff"! I thought it was exclusive! My daughter and nephews name it that and now at holidays they want to make sure there will be "pink stuff". Mine has cherry juice mixed w/cream cheese, pineapple tidbits, frozen strawberries (drained), mini marshmallows, walnuts and cool whip. Maybe someone would like to try my version too!

I.m.o. you REALLY miss out by skipping the Mandarin Oranges! Generally my recipe calls for a 15oz can but I love the change in texture they bring so sometimes I even add a second can! Oh-and I don't limit my marshmallows to a single cup; if you use 2 cups alongside the oranges I'm sure you won't be sorry! I also think that CANDIED WALNUT (pecans will do if that's what I've got on hand) PIECES are the way to go; they're like little sugary treasures buried throughout and the extra layer on top ROCKS for sure! Trust me, try these few additions and you'll see what I mean! For those that can't have that much sugar: I apologize for the temptation =]!

I am married to the love of my life. We have been married for over 12 years. I am a stay-at-home mom to 2 wonderful children. I am a marketing executive for an amazing wellness company with a 23+ year track record for excellence, and no debt to it's name. I also babysit my niece and a friend's girls. My hubby and I have started using a 2 week meal plan. It helps tremendously with adding variety to our meals, the grocery bill, and saving me time. I love that recipezaar.com is available for when I need to try something new, which I try to do at least once a month.
