- 3 -4 celery ribs
- 4 red apples, preferably Fuji, cut into wedges
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 1⁄2 ounce piece red beet
directions
- Press all ingredients through a juice extractor and into a measuring cup.
- Divide punch evenly between 4 glasses. Stir, and drink immediately.
