I needed a quick easy dessert recipe to take to a pot-luck. This was perfect. Made this the night before. Put it together in 10 minutes, if that. Tasted cool, lemon-y and creamy. The color was beautiful too. Perfect pot-luck dessert. Thanks again Nurse Di.

Dang, we loved this, but mine never 'set up.' I made a mistake, and added 1 CAN of sweetened condensed milk, not 1 CUP. I'm sure that was the problem. The consistency (or lack thereof) didn't take away one bit, from the creamy texture, and the tart and tangy taste! I will make this again, and FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS, as written. Thanks for sharing, ratherbeswimmin'!

awesome recipe! I made this for a friend who had surgery and our church was providing food. It was a little pale so added 1 small box of sugar free raspberry jello mix. Really made it pink! But didn't change the flavor that much. Thanks so much for this quick and easy yet delicious pie!

Yummy! Very TANGY! To cut back on the tang, you could use half the lemonade and 1/2 water. Very easy to do and it seems like you've cooked all day. Thanks for a real keeper for summer BBQ or poolside. Of course, you'll have to eat this quickly---before it melts!

Quick and easy. I took it out of the freezer about 30 minutes before serving. Made for Breast Cancer Tag.

I doubled the recipe and had enough filling for 3 pies. That = 3 yummy pies. Thanks for the recipe

I have a recipe similar to this except the pink lemonade concentrate is mixed with a 1/2 gallon of softened vanilla ice cream instead of cool whip and sweetened condense milk. It was then frozen to set up.

I've used this recipe with frozen strawberry margarita mix, frozen pina colada mix and frozen Apple Martini mix. All of them came out wonderful, and people said they had never tasted anything quite like it. Experiment and Enjoy the compliments!

Good, but the recipe needs some adjustments. The pie simply does not setup properly. I finally froze my pie. It resulted in a creamy, rich, sweet and tart dessert that held it's shape on the plate. I also added a few drops of red food coloring in order to develop a more appealing pink shade for the cake. Next time, I may elimate the sweetened condensed milk and use blended cream cheese and powdered sugar. Or...a small cafe that I know makes a layered lemon cream pie...this recipe may give me the basis to attempt my own creation of that. The idea is good, it just needs some work.
