This was in my mother's recipes...not sure what she used it for but am posting for safe keeping...Maybe on top of a fruit salad would be yummy!
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 -3 tablespoons raspberry jam
- Blend the sour cream and raspberry jam together.
I thought this was very good! I put it in the fridge, because I had to go out. I keep the week's menu on the front of the fridge, and this was to go with an apple salad I had made. Well, when I came home, the empty dressing bowl was in the sink, and my apple salad was also gone! I think the guys really liked this, as well! So I didn't get a chance to photograph.
