Oh mmm, this bread is amazing! It tastes soooo yummy with the pineapple and banana combination! Loved the pecans in this! I doubled the amount as I thought there were too little in there. They really made the bread special, so Im glad I used more. :) I was out of grenadine, but really wanted to try this, so I used a pinkish plum applesauce for this and it worked out nicely, although of course the bread didnt come out that pink. Since I dont like my breads too sweet, I reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup and that was plenty for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing a real keeper with us, Dienia!
