- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 8 plain croissants, torn into small pieces
directions
- Mix sugar and flour.
- Beat in eggs.
- Add pineapple and its juice.
- Melt butter and toss with croissant pieces.
- Add to pineapple mixture.
- Mix well.
- Place in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

I live in a suburb of Oklahoma City, OK.
I have two children, one son, one daughter. Both are married. My son has one daughter age 4 and two sons ages 2 and 10 mos. My daughter has one son who is 10 months.
