Delicious flavor! However, I did have a problem with the texture of the filling. It wasn't "solid" enough for me and didn't hold up well. Next time I am going to try using cornstarch instead of flour and possibly some gelatin to help the filling set better. I am also going to drain the pineapple and save the juice for another recipe.
