A very light desert that everyone enjoys. This is my kids favourite and they are making it now that they are married.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix above three ingredients and put in a 13 x 9 pan (save some to sprinkle on top).
  2. Drain pineapple well.
  3. Heat juice and add enough hot water to make 1 cup liquid.
  4. Pour over jello and dissolve well.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Stir well and let cool.
  7. Whip chilled milk until thick.
  8. Add jello mixture and whip again.
  9. Add crushed pineapple.
  10. Pour over graham wafer base and cover with remaining crumbs.
  11. Chill several hours or overnight.
