I love smoothies and can't wait to try this one. It will also help you use up some of that leftover buttermilk! From TOH Everyday Light Meals.
- 1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 (8 ounce) cans unsweetened crushed canned pineapple
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
This was really good. A very light and creamy smoothie. If you love pineapple, this is a must try.
