Pineapples are one of my favorite fruits and this smoothie is so refreshing. I hope you like it, too.

  1. In an electric blender container, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.

Definitely for those of us who LOVE pineapple! I kept the juice from the canned pineapple bits, then squeezed some oranges, adding that juice to the pineapple until I have an acceptible combo, then measured out 1/2 cup & drank the rest! I did freeze the pineapple bits to add some additional COLD to the smoothie & it was GREAT! Thanks for the great taste! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's PAC]
