Pineapple Scallop

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1⁄4 cup milk
• 4 cups bread cubes
• 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

directions

1. Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs.
2. Fold in milk and bread, add pineapple.
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in greased casserole.

MAde this as a side dish, very easy to make. Everyone liked it. Think next time I'll cut back on the butter and sugar a bit. But tasted very good.
