  1. This was a pretty good glaze but I thought the mustard was really overpowering and had too much of a bite to it. I added a little bit more of the other ingredients and it was great! I used it on your Lancaster County ham loaf recipe and it tasted just like my husband's grandma's recipe. Thank you for posting!
     
  2. very good! I used it for hamloaf! I halved it and had plenty and I didn't use the crushed pineapple, but used pineapple juice. I halved the water and just added the juice to equal 3/4 cup. I was dissappointed that it didn't have more flavor, but overall it was good!

  4. I used this on another Zaar recipe and made ham balls. I accidentally used extra dry mustard and used red wine vinegar. Everyone loved them. Will make again!
     
  5. this pineapple glaze was excellent!!! i impressed my whole family.....This glaze adds the perfect tough to baked ham..I recommend this recipie to everyone..My compliments to the chef!
