- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons vinegar
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple
directions
- Combine all ingredients& heat to boiling, then pour over loaf (or balls) and continue baking as directed.

This was a pretty good glaze but I thought the mustard was really overpowering and had too much of a bite to it. I added a little bit more of the other ingredients and it was great! I used it on your Lancaster County ham loaf recipe and it tasted just like my husband's grandma's recipe. Thank you for posting!
