Jamaican Nice with Turkey, chicken or pork

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, fine chopped
  • 12 cup red onion, fine chopped
  • 13 cup apricot-pineapple preserves
  • 14 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 -1 12 tablespoon jalapeno, seeded and minced (optional)
  • salt, to taste (optional)
  • pepper, to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients listed for salsa in a container with a lid.
  2. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1 day.
  3. Serve salsa at room temperature.
