Make and share this Pineapple-Rum Slush recipe from Food.com.
- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic pitcher; cover and freeze at least 4 hours or until slushy.
- Note: Substitute orange juice for rum, if desired.
This is good but next time I will use less sugar possibly 1/3 cup. Ours was slushy within 3 1/2 hours. Thanks seesko for posting. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders!
Made this in a ziploc bag rather than a pitcher. Double bagged for caution's sake. Took a bit for this to freeze but once it did I just squeezed the bag and viola! Thanks seesko!
This would be so good on a hot summer's day. Remarkably simple to make, I was concerned about the freezing, but hey, it frozen and then I just kept stabbing it with a fork, and ta da... pineapple slush. Made for bev tag.
