  • In a rice maker, put 2 scoops rice like you're making normal rice. Drain the liquid from the pineapple into it and add water up to the "2" line in the rice maker. dump in pineapple chunks. Sprinkle with ginger and wasabi furikake to taste.
  • Start your rice maker.

  1. Not having a rice maker, I prepared my brown rice in a regular saucepan, using the pineapple juice as the needed liquid! Think this was the first time I've ever used wasabi, & I must say, the results were wonderful ~ This was A GREAT TASTING RICE DISH! Thanks for sharing!
