From the 100 -Calorie Snack Cookbook
- 2⁄3 cup raspberries
- 1⁄4 cup chopped pineapple chunk
- 1⁄4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 4 ice cubes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Place everything in blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Poor into glass and enjoy!
I only had vanilla yogurt and I did add Sugar in the Raw to taste. I don't like raspberries much, but this was really good. Made it for my husband and had to taste.
