Really easy. I tried it first time in a restaurant and really liked it. Just make sure the yogurt is not sour or tangy. Please note this raita is sweet as it contains pineapple and sugar!
- Add pineapple to yogurt.
- Taste and add sugar if required (it should be sweet but not overly sweet).
- Mix well.
- Chill well before serving.
A simple tasty dessert. I used a lowfat vanilla yogurt & left out the sugar. Made for Fall PAC 2008
