Pineapple Raita

Really easy. I tried it first time in a restaurant and really liked it. Just make sure the yogurt is not sour or tangy. Please note this raita is sweet as it contains pineapple and sugar!

A simple tasty dessert. I used a lowfat vanilla yogurt & left out the sugar. Made for Fall PAC 2008

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 400 g yogurt (whipped)
  • sugar (optional)
  • 1 cup canned pineapple (diced)

Directions

  1. Add pineapple to yogurt.
  2. Taste and add sugar if required (it should be sweet but not overly sweet).
  3. Mix well.
  4. Chill well before serving.
