This is good as a side dish with ham. Not recommended for weight watchers - it is quite rich!
- 15 slices bread, diced
- 9 whole eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 (6 ounce) cans crushed pineapple in syrup
- 1 1⁄2 cups melted butter
- Beat eggs and combine other ingredients.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
