This is good as a side dish with ham. Not recommended for weight watchers - it is quite rich!

  • 15 slices bread, diced
  • 9 whole eggs
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans crushed pineapple in syrup
  • 1 12 cups melted butter

Directions

  1. Beat eggs and combine other ingredients.
  2. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
