Found this recipe in a flier from the grocery store. It is very refreshing. A great way to start your morning or a nice treat during the day.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until frothy.
  3. Serve immediately.

Great smoothie. Used some frozen pineapple chunks I already had in the freezer which gave it a thicker consistiency.
