Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups prepared eggnog
  • 4 scoops French vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine juices and eggnog in blender, then add ice cream and blend to desired consistency.
  2. Pour into 8 festive mugs and top with orange peel.
