Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups pineapple, fresh chunks
  • 12 cup pina colada concentrate or 12 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups sherbet, orange


  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Cover and blend on high speed, stopping blender to scrape sides if necessary, until smooth.

I made this for breakfast this morning and it was light and citrusy. I'm sure it would work as a cocktail as well (but it's probably best to leave the alcohol out if you're having it for breakfast!)

What a delicious smoothie/colada!! I cut the recipes in half and it make a good sized drink for me. It is so hot and humid here and this was such a refreshing drink!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for ZWT 7.
