I'm hungry June 30, 2014

I served it over basmati alongside some baked chicken. IT WAS SOOO GOOD!! the kids were thrilled!! I think a jalapeno would be a good addition. I used Aleppo for the chili powder. I used a shallot for the onion. I did use canned pineapple chunks which we all agree work just fine in a pinch but agree fresh is always best! It was just delicious. Thank you! Made for Aussie Swap 4/14.

Made for a side dish for lunch, along with a small salad , and soup. Nice flavors. I made this with apples, cut the salt in half, left out the turnemic, and added a small pinch of brown sugar. Made for PRMR tag.

Very good, company worthy dish. I made this with fresh pineapple, unrefined sunflower oil, cayenne pepper powder to taste, in place of the chili powder, sea salt, to taste, not measure, plus the rest of the ingredients, but no optionals. Made for Please Review My Recipe: from 4 September 2011 ~
