  1. Drain pineapple.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamonm soda and salt; mix well.
  3. In large bowl, beat eggs; gradually beat in sugar and oil.
  4. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in pineapple, carrots and nuts.
  5. Turn into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes or until tester inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in pan for 25 minutes. Remove from pan; let cool completely before icing.
