Tropical and delicious! Great for “Green” occasions such as St. Patty’s day, or anytime really! You can use Midori if you wish, but to me it tastes the same using Melon Liqueur.
- 2 ounces melon liqueur
- 1 ounce Parrot Bay coconut rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- pineapple slice, garnish if desired (optional)
- Shake ingredients in an ice filled shaker and pour into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a pinepple slice if desired.
Loved the tropical flavors in this recipe. Served ours over ice to make them extra cold on a very hot day.
