This recipe is from a different web site. Nice change from regular pork chops.
- 6 pork chops
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, including juice
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Put pork chops in crock pot.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Very Easy and quite tasty. My family didn't eat the pineapple chunk but I thought they were wonderful also.
Sorry but this just wasnt what I expected. Pork chops were almost mushy after 8 hours and I used good quality loin chops. The taste was kind of bland and needed a zip. I salvaged the meat and the pineapple and made pork fried rice with it.
DH helped to rate these (pork chops are his favorite). I used pork loin chops and about half of the brown sugar that was called for. Cooked them in the crockpot for 4 hours on low. Very tender.
