ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can mangoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple, in juice (not syrup)
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 -6 ounces whipped cream

directions

  • Dump the can of mangoes & pineapples, juice & all, in a blender. Add the banana & sugar then puree until there are no more fruit chunks. Add the desired amount of whipped cream then puree once more.
  • Served chilled in glasses.

  3. Yummy, creamy smoothie! I regularly make smoothies with banana, pineapple, and mango, though I usually use soy milk or coconut milk. The whipped cream made it taste like an extra special treat and my DD's loved it! Thanks for another great recipe! Made for PAC Fall 2008.

  5. WOW!!!! What an extrodinairy yet simple smoothie! I used 12 oz of Dole brand pineapple mango juice, 1 banana, no added sugar, and just 2 Tbsp of whipping cream. This is sooooo good! Next time I will add crushed ice for a freezie. Definitely a keeper, thanks so much for posting! :)
