This is my favorite smoothie, quick and easy, perfect texture, and by adding the mango already fozen you don't have to add ice.
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free whipped topping
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 10 ounces pineapple chunks in light syrup
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- Blend first 4 ingredients together then add pineapple and mango.
