Great summer drink!!
- 1 (46 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 12 lemons)
- 1 1⁄3 cups sugar
- Combine all ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Chill; serve over ice.
This lemonade was wonderful. I have to admit that I didn't use fresh lemon juice, but bottled. (I'm so ashamed...) I'm sure the flavor would be even better with fresh. Thanks for sharing!

I made this for our BBQ and it went perfectly with your salmon recipe. The lemonade had just the right balance of sweet tart flavor we thought. I am going to have to find an easier way to squeeze all those lemons, though. That was not very fun ;) But the taste was worth it. Thanks for the recipe.
