I used vanilla yogurt instead of milk and only half of the sweetened condensed milk (because the yogurt was already sweet) and it was the best frozen yogurt I've made in an ice cream maker. Lots of possibilities with other fruit, too, but the pineapple was fabulopus--and it was so darned easy, with no precooking! Thanks for sharing!

  1. Combine sour cream and sweetened condensed milk; add milk and pineapple.
  2. Pour into ice cream freezer canister. Freeze according to manufacturer's instruction.
