Made this using just 4 chops, but the full complement of sauce! Then just before serving, I sliced each into 6 slices so more surface was covered! A great tasting, very flavorful main dish! Thanks for sharing it! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]
I made the recipe as follows but wrapped the pork chop in bacon while cooking, it tasted so delicious with the sauce!! I will definitely make these again!

This was good, but if I were to make it again, I would leave out the wine. We are not wine drinkers so I used a white cooking wine and we could really taste it. Also my sauce didn't thicken up on its own so I added a little corn starch slurry. Served over butter white rice (DH favorite). Made for PRMR.
This was a wonderful way to serve pork chops. I really enjoyed this dish. And it was so easy to prepare. It seemed like a lot of pineapple juice at first, but it worked out rather well in creating the thick sauce that I poured over the rice. So I would not change this recipe a bit. Very nice. Thanks for sharing it, weekend cooker.
