I haven't tried this yet. I got it out of a magazine and it looked good. It's a different way to serve glazed carrots.
- Simmer carrots until tender-crisp approximately 10-15 minutes.
- Drain, set aside, keep warm.
- In another pan, bring spreadable fruit, honey and butter to a boil.
- Drizzle over carrots and toss to coat.
